Standard of Care: Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (non-operative)
Case Type / Diagnosis:
Thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS) is described by a cluster of symptoms in the upper extremity.
These include: pain in the shoulder and proximal upper extremity with or without neck pain,
paresthesias and/or numbness into the distal upper extremity and hand, fatigability, swelling,
discoloration, and Raynaud’s phenomenon. There have been four symptom patterns described:
